Shipping policy
At Emerald Custom Wear, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Below are our shipping policies to ensure a smooth transaction and delivery process.
In-Stock Items
- Processing Time: Products that are currently in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. If you place your order on weekend and/or after 1 PM, it will be processed on the next working day. Our working days are Tuesday to Saturday. Shipping days are only Tuesday through Friday.
Print-on-Demand Items
- Production Time: Our print-on-demand items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. These products require up to 7 working days to produce before they are ready to ship.
Order Processing
- Business Days: Please note that our order processing times are based on business days, which do not include weekends and public holidays.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders received after 1 PM will be processed the following business day, affecting when your product is shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Once processed, the delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination of your order. Shipping details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
